Mr Muscle 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2020 I would like to see my PDF file thumbnails and be able to preview them. This is not possible at the moment. Im using Windows 10 Pro with latest updates and my pdf viewer is Nitro Pro 12.9.1.474. Can somebody point me to right direction to achieve this goal? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Could you please confirm if the PDF file thumbnail you describe is about what you see within the Windows Explorer? Similar to the image below: If yes, I recommend to run a repair on your Nitro Pro installation through Windows Control Panel's Programs and Features. However, your Nitro Pro 12 is not on the latest build. With that, instead of the repair, please update your Nitro Pro 12 to 12.16 build. The Nitro Pro 12.16 installer can be downloaded from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once updated to Nitro Pro 12.16, please check how the PDF previews looks on your Windows Explorer.
