Nitro Pro 13 Silent Install/Licensing Issues

Has the installer changed for Nitro Pro 13?  I’m installing the program using an MSI file with the properties /qb NPSERIAL=XXXXXX but it no longer seems to work because when I remote into the machine, after installing Nitro Pro, Nitro is saying its unlicensed and we have to enter the product key manually.  I’ve searched the Nitro web site and forums and found a version 12 deployment guide but nothing on 13 so I’m wondering if something has changed. 

I’ve trying to install version 13.19.2.356 and 13.22.0.414 and got the same results in regards to the licensing.

Note:  As far as I can remember, I had zero issues getting this to work on the various versions of 12.

I haven't had any issues since version 13.24.1.467.  I installed the new version that came out this week (13.31.0.605) with no issues.
