After repair the product is demanding Activation and I am unable to active the product. Further the issue of freezing is highly disturbing which is still there.

When I open any PDF file in Nitro Pro 13 and search any word in the document, the Nitro stops working and mouse pointer also stuck. The file got frozen. 2. This issue is with all pdf files. It's not restricted to single file, hence no use of sending specific file. 3. Nitro Pro 13.24.1.467 4. For activation_Click on activation, which show an error message " there was a connection issue". When go for mannual_some instructions are there which are not working even though following proper steps as shown. 5. Trying to attach a screen shot, but an insert image from URL could not be understood Please help. If you ask me after upgrading Nitro, its creating huge problem and killing a lot of time.
