Nitro Cloud says documents 'signed' though NO signatures appear

Signature fields on documents are blank, after Nitro Cloud says 'success'  document signed. Ongoing issue not resolved by an update, thought was fixed when I tested with my own signature. Now it is a BIG problem, as contracts that I downloaded and thought were signed, am now discovering the signatures are not being displayed.
