Excel Save As Function Not Working

When I try to use the SAVE AS function in Excel and select PDF - the resultant PDF has no formatting. Its just plain ascii looking text with no graphics (we have our logo on the sheet) and all the cells are missing borders, etc.. it just renders text on a white page. 

It used to work fine. Have tried repairing both Nitro and Office, rebooting and such. Interestingly, I can print to the Nitro PDF Creator and that works fine. Same with going into Nitro and selecting the file and having it convert that way. In addition the Microsoft Export to PDF feature also renders the same non-formatted PDF

 

Any suggestions to get back my SAVE AS function would be really appreciated. Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140
