Deactivation when computer not available

I need to deactivate NitroPro 9 from a computer that has crashed and no longer able to access the hard drive.  I've tried contacting support, but it is not available to me.  Is there a way to deactivate an license on the web or by contacting Nitro Software directly?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You can use our license portal to deactivate  a license for single-user license.
The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal enter your serial number then click the Deactivate button.
