MJ Hunter 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2020 I need to deactivate NitroPro 9 from a computer that has crashed and no longer able to access the hard drive. I've tried contacting support, but it is not available to me. Is there a way to deactivate an license on the web or by contacting Nitro Software directly? You can use our license portal to deactivate a license for single-user license.
