This business apparently purchased 5 units of Nitro Pro in 2016, per the Purchase Order that I saw. IT is trying to copy the serial number from the old computer to a new computer. The serial number from HK_Local_machine\Software\Nitro\Pro\9.0 on old computer doesn't seem to work when I key into the new NitroPro v9 install, nor does it work when I key into Nitro website. Could you please provide the serial number you are using to activate the software? You can send this through private message (mouse hover my profile then click the Message link).
