Hallo,

ich habe Nitro 12.6.1.298.

Nach Windows 10 Update habe ich nur noch die Testversion.

wenn ich meine Seriennummer eingebe wird Fehler 23 angezeigt.

Wenn ich unter folgendem Link: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal   

meine Seriennummer eingebe, wird mir angezeigt 0 aktivierungen.

Was kann ich tun?

An adjustment has been made on your license so you can proceed with the activation.
Please try to activate again by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.
