Roydon Michael 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2020 I have a valid Nitro Pro 11 activation code, but for some reason the software is asking me to fill it in (it was previously activated) and it's not working. I understand that support hs ended for this version, but that doesn't mean it should be automatically disabled, it should at least allow me to use it in it's current form (but receive no updates, etc). Please can you tell me why the software automatically de-activated me and now refuses to let me activate it again ? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Your machine may have processed a Windows update which made the software revert to expire trial mode.
