Serial number depesn't exist (Nitro Po 8)

Hi! I have a PC where the Nitro Pro 8 is installed but I wanted to transfer it to another PC. What I did is I uninstalled Nitro Pro 8 on the 1st PC where it is activated and installed Nitro Pro 8 on the new PC where I will be transferring it but when I am activating the serial number, it says it doesn't exist. 

 

This is the serial number: NP**********1ACB378

Please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 8 installed on your computer since you have a version 8 serial number. You can check the version by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you have installed a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 8 by downloading the installer from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro8/en/retail/nitro_pro8.exe 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro8/en/retail/nitro_pro8_x64.exe

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

After installing Nitro Pro 8, proceed on activating it. 
If you are getting an activation error message, please provide the following:

1. Your Nitro Pro 8 serial number. You can send this through private message.
2. Screenshot of the activation error message. 
3. Version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer.

Hi. I already installed Nitro Pro 8 on my new PC. But when I activate the license, it says that the serial number is incorrect which I got that copy on my old PC.
