Nitro 10 is not responding property. Are there discounted prices to upgrade to Pro?

I have been using nitro 10 but lately it is shutting down on me when I try to open or insert files.  I'm going to upgrade to pro, as I love the product, but my serial number is not recognized for discount....even though the site says that Nitro 12 or older should cost $110 for upgrade, rather than the $220 price
