Pro Trial Expired Cannot Convert to Free Version

I used Nitro Free Reader for many years on my two other computers. I got a new computer and found that is no longer available for download. You have to take a Trial of Pro which supposedly converts to Free after the Trial Period expires. Well my trial expired two days ago and now I have no Reader. Your web site should really provide some real help but I couldn't get any.

Please note that you can still use an expired trial of Nitro Pro as it will simply work as our free reader, which is a simplified version of Nitro Pro.

I have tried to do this but I get a greyed out program with no choices to use. I love the program but think I have lost it cause it will not switch to the Free Reader. In order to use it I had to totally uninstall, download again and choose to try another trial. But sure would hate to have to do this every two weeks.
