I upgraded my user's PC and the exe I have is from 2015 and wont finish the installation. I've searched the forums here and any links posted in previous topics just go to a page advertising the free trial. Thank you in advance for your help! I did so and she never received the email confirmation with the new serial number. We check her spam folders and nothing was there either. If you could help me find out what this new one is I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again!
