Jon Hartley Posted September 15, 2020 Report Share Posted September 15, 2020 (edited) When creating a PDF one user is getting the following error: NitroPDFDriverCreator.exe - System Error The code execution cannot proceed because edgegdi.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12. Donna Regenbaum Posted September 23, 2020 Report Share Posted September 23, 2020 I"m having the same issue. This started after I upgraded from Win7 to Win10. I get the error "The code execution cannot proceed because edgegdi.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. Still not working. I have Nitro Pro 9.5.4.22. And when I check for updates, I get a message saying "there was a problem while checking for update". I appreciate any help. Thanks.
