NitroPDFDriverCreator.exe - System Error

When creating a PDF one user is getting the following error:

NitroPDFDriverCreator.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because edgegdi.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

The program does actually create the PDF, but the error happens every time a PDF is generated by NitroPDF

I believe the version is 12.5.0.268

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I"m having the same issue. This started after I upgraded from Win7 to Win10. I get the error "The code execution cannot proceed because edgegdi.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. Still not working.

I have Nitro Pro 9.5.4.22. And when I check for updates, I get a message saying "there was a problem while checking for update".

I appreciate any help.
