David Heffernan
I've trying to install Nitro Pro 10 on a new computer. I've deactivated on my old computer. When I install on the new computer I get this message: "Network error - please check your Internet Connectivity" I think my internet connection is fine. Do you have any ideas as to what I can do? I'm installing from a file named nitro_pro10.exe with a file version of 10.5.9.9.

I mean, I've paid for the software, I don't really see why I should pay more just because I get a new computer.
