HELP! not activating

I bought a new PC for work, managed to move all my files across however I had nitro Pro on my old PC and was going to move it across by deactivating it on my old PC. I tried deactivating it via nitro itself and doing it online, it says I deactivated it but when loading it onto my new PC I get an error. However if I uninstall and reinstall nitro from my old PC and use my Serial number to activate it on my old PC it activates just fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled nitro using the exact same version of nitro used before but still cant move the serial number to my new PC

I need this for work and without it I am stuck Only have a couple days on the trial left please help me get my key working
