Augusto SAVIO 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2020 I have been a Nitro Pro 9 user for a long time. Due to a hard disk change I have lost the Software and I want to reload it. I have the corresponding serial number. The problem is that on the Nitro Pro website there are all the Nitro Pro prior to the year 2020, however if one wants to download Nitro Pro 9 the site redirects you to the latest Nitro Pro Software. In this way, you are forcing old customer happy with one of your older versions, to buy a new one, if they find themselves in the same situation as Augusto! Other firms as Acronis, are offering their customers the possibility to re-download any soft they have have bought, even if it is an older "not supported" version. I know it's beneficial to Nitro to limit all users to more recent versions, but it's not beneficial to the users. I haven't been upgrading to more recent versions because Nitro has gotten convoluted and cumbersome. Now my choice is taken away, so I need to move on.
