James Pritchards 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2020 Hi Support, We receive the 120 error code when launching and installing Nitro Pro 12 on a Win 10 64bit Version 1809. I have ran the utility tool and re-installed as suggested in this article - https://community.gonitro.com/topic/5317-unknown-error-120-during-program-launch/ I do not see anything else further on this. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message and the steps you were taking before coming across it? Also, what is the exact build of your Nitro Pro 12? You can check this by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the application do not launch due to error message, you can check the version through Windows Control Panel's Programs and Features.
