Upgrading to a newer version

Greetings,

I bought Nitro PDF Pro from you in 2011 via Cleverbridge in 2011. 

It is version 6.1.4.1 and I would like to update the product to the latest version of Nitro PDF Pro for Windows 10.

The license cod is 234***-******-******

I see you offer a discount for upgrading on you web site, does my older version qualify for the discount?  If so how do I get the discount?

Our upgrade portal offers a discounted upgrade price on Nitro Pro 12 and older licenses. The discounted price is USD $79.99.

Hello @Jerry Webber,

You may now upgrade your version 6 serial number through our upgrade portal - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade

To upgrade, enter your version 6 serial number then click the 'Check Eligibility'. This will give you a message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.' . Click the 'Proceed to Checkout' then complete the upgrade process.

When done, you will receive a new serial number which is a version 13 license. The Nitro Pro 13 installer can be downloaded from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

Once Nitro Pro 13 is installed, activate it using your Nitro Pro 13 serial number.
