No help - License Activation Portal

Hi 

I tried the License Activation Portal and it did confirm I have two available licenses. 

However, Error 23 still pop up. I need to solve this problem asap. Could you please contact me asap?

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again and it should work now.
