Bonnie Meilner 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2020 I purchased Nitro Pro vs 12 last year from https://indigosoftwarecompany.com through Amazon and was able to install and activate fine. I recently updated my WIndows 10 software and now it keeps deferring me to a "trial version". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling version 12 from the Nitro Pro website and then using the license number and activation I received in the email when purchased through indigo software. The link to download the software from the indigo email did not work so I went right to the Nitro Pro website. Frustrating...can someone assist please.
