My serial number is recognized on your site when I went to there to deactivate it for the new activation, but the current version of Nitro Pro is not accepting my serial number, stating it does not exist. Susan Moeller Posted September 23, 2020 Author Report Share Posted September 23, 2020 I am not looking for support, I only want the installer to a version of Nitro that I paid for and was working fine and that I need no guidance on how to use. One was just sent to me in June but the link is no longer working. Are you not going to provide the installer and force me to purchase the new version now?
