Cant install Notro Pro 11 on new computer

I need to have nitro pro on my new laptop and I can't get it to work.

I get to the screen where

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

Version	11
Status	active
Number of Activations	0
Number of Activations Allowed	2

when i try an input my serial number in the activating Nitro Pro  it says it doesn't recognise it.

Thanks leslie, but there is nothing there re version 11?
