What error message are you getting? Please send us a screenshot.

Have you tried using a different web browser? Does it have the same error?

Please provide us with a sample file we can test on our end.

I have this issue too.

there is no error message the loading circle just appears and does nothing.

using different browsers does not help, they have the same error.

Has there been a solution for this issue?  I recently purchased the product and have multiple users experiencing this exact issue.
