Not Reading pdf files created by other apps

Preview is blank, but indicates how many pages are in document trying to view, or will not open at all, "this file can't be previewed because of an error in the Nitro Pro."

I did the Nitro Repair from the Settings/App/NitroPro/Modify but it did not change the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please allow me to collect additional information to better troubleshoot this issue. I have outlined my questions below:

1. What is the version and build of your Nitro Pro? This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. Is this issue happening to any documents you open in Nitro Pro?
3. The serial number you used to activate Nitro Pro.
4. Screenshot to visually describe the error message. 
5. The steps you were taking (workflow) before coming across the error.
6. Copy of the document so I could test it on my end.

You can send the document and the serial number information through private message (mouse hover my profile then click the 'Message' link).
