Bert van der Neut 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2020 Hello. Hope someone can help me. I work with Nitro version 9. Yes that's an old version, but no means to buy the new one now. After Nitro 9 converted a word.doc to pdf, I had a crash. I cannot restart Nitro anymore. Within Word I can start it, but the it shows that a dll file, i.c. edgegdi.dll is missing. I searched and I searched, but didnot find it. I've no possibility to reinstall Nitro 9. Don't know where to find it after the latest version. Can someone please help me?
