Paul Flanagan 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2020 Hi, I accidentally uninstalled nitro pro from my computer. It was initially downloaded on to my desktop. Most of the files fro the app were deleted except for some still on my desktop. Every time I try to re-download nitro pro, it asks me if i want to delete the application, but it is alrerady deleted. I can see that you were able to submit a Nitro Support Case about this issue. I took the case and sent my response with the steps on how to remove Nitro Pro using our cleanup tool.
