I followed the online instrucions which say to take a note of the serial number and then deactivate the software on the old laptop, and install it on the new laptop, and then insert the serial number. My issue is that I can't view the full serial numbersin Nitro, it is all xxxx except for 5 digits. I also can't find an email choosing the serial number which was another solution.
