New Version of Nitro slower and other problems - Can I roll back?

Recommended Posts

Hi. I upgraded to the current version of Nitro Pro 13. We are finding it is opening much slower and taking a long time to combine files. We used to right-click on 5 files and select combine with Nitro and it was almost instantaneous. Now it isn't.

Also, when we are inserting files, it isn't doing it correctly. I say after the last and it puts it before the last page.

Can I roll back to a previous version?????

Hello @Anthony Hill,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If you would like to upgrade, kindly uninstall the version you currently have by going to Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features, reboot your machine and download Nitro Pro 13.13 installers below:

If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

If you are still having issue with keeping the file size of your PDF files, please continue posting your inquiries in this thread:
