Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted September 25, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 25, 2020 (edited) Hello @David Bird, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please be aware that our ticketing system is the fastest way we can communicate with our customers with Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance). Otherwise, we recommend utilizing our Knowledge Base site http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and to post your inquiry to our Community Forums https://community.gonitro.com/ (a page where other customers and Nitro Support team can collaborate and share solutions). To further assist you with regard to the crashing of the program when opening every document, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -Have you tried running a repair of your Nitro Pro 13? How did it go? -Please send us a few sample files (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. David Bird
I didn't do a repair before I started whining about no help. That fixed it for now. Apologies.
