Pro 13.24 OCR Crashes every document New Install

Just bought software and began using.  Didn't realize no support (car sold without tires). No messages on forum for solutions other than possible full nitrospooldir full. If anyone can help or point in a possible solution direction, please advise. thanks.

To further assist you with regard to the crashing of the program when opening every document, could you please provide the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
-Have you tried running a repair of your Nitro Pro 13? How did it go?
-Please send us a few sample files (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. 
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

I didn't do a repair before I started whining about no help.  That fixed it for now.  Apologies.
