Charles W Billow 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2020 I just installed Nitro Pro, and it won't open pdf files. I get an error 0x00000000. The files themselves open fine in Edge or Acrobat. Is there some setting I missed or need?
Reymund G. 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2020 Hi @Charles W Billow, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please provide details to the following so we could start troubleshooting this issue: 1. The version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. The serial number you used to activate the software. 3. Screenshot of the exact error message. 4. Are the PDF files being accessed directly on your local drive? Or, from a network/shared drive? 5. Generate the SupportTools log. Open Nitro Pro then navigate to Help tab > Support Tools. Under Support tab, click Save to File then save the file. You can send these information through private message especially the serial number. Charles W Billow 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2020 @Reymund G. I needed to re-setup my system, and in doing so I just today reinstalled Nitro Pro. It now seems to be working. If the issue returns I will visit here again. Thanks.
