stuh persky 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2020 even after deactivating the license, the program won't accept the license # on the new computer; i can't use the program on my new computer and the old one has completely crashed. i cannot activate nitro using the license # and the activation portal you have set up. Please be aware that your Nitro Pro serial number is a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. Kindly uninstall Nitro Pro on your new computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the Download Nitro Pro 12 link.
