I still have the old installer but for some reason it fails the installation, saying that there is a network error (Tried on several PC-s and still getting the same error). In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Also, did you run an .exe package or .msi? Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the error message you received?
