TAB not working when I create Form

I have created a form that has 112 Text fields and when I enter data into a field I cannot use the TAB key to advanced the next field. 

I open up the "TAB Order" under Document setup, the fields are all numbered. I click on another "Tool" I used Barcode like it tells you in the instructions, but this does not resolve the issue. 

I am using version  12.6.1.298
