Stuart Gallacher Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hi, One of my colleagues is trying to download Nitro Pro and when he requests email confirmation, there isn't anything sent from Nitro. His email is working fine as it has been tested. I think there is a conflict and it may be downloaded already, and the licence in use. Are you able to check this for me?
