Activation problem after reinstall

Hello,

 

I reinstalled Nitro Pro 11 and i have an issue with the activation. My serial number is not accepted.

 

Can you help me ?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?

Ok.... do you have a link to download Nitro Pro 11 ? i just want to reinstall the soft a last time...

Impossible to find the executable on internet.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

Good morning - Our IT department just did a complete upgrade of my system and I am unable to install the new Nitro Pro serial number I purchased.  Can you please help?

Hello,

I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite on 7/30/2020, it was working fine until it signed me out automatically. When I signed back in it gives me the trial version and I can't find a way to activate it. serial number is below, I also tried the instruction in the Nitro Pro Activation Assistant but can't get passed step 2: Open http://gonitro.com/activation , it says to copy and paste to generate a certificate but it wont select the link.

We have checked your serial number and our server log shows you were able to activate which also generated the Computer ID '/NtqmGgEIFKilBwZRiKu'. To validate this on your end, kindly refer to the attached screenshot (ComputerID-Deactivate-Button.png):

If you are having issue activating on your second machine, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Hello I was able to activate it on my laptop but not my pc,, I'm trying to take a screenshot fn+insert but when I try to paste it into the email I does not do anything.

it says "Activate" I click and it takes me to a second window in which I can't get past step 2:

Open http://gonitro.com/activation on an internet-enabled computer device and paste pre-generated certificate. This will generate a new activation certificate.

I select the ling and nothing happens I also try to copy paste the link but it wont select it.

Based on the information you have provided, you were offered to manually activate the program after clicking Activate button and it is not generating the activation certificate.

At the moment, we are still investigating this behavior and to further assist you in troubleshooting this issue, kindly follow these steps:

1. Clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro files. Kindly note Appdata folder is hidden and to unhide it, please refer to this article https://cybertext.wordpress.com/2012/05/29/cant-see-the-appdata-folder/ 

2. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your Nitro Pro:  http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13263505/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 

3. Clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

4. Download and install Nitro Pro 13.26 using below offline installers to your PC:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13263505/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13263505/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

5. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

Dear AllainU,

I too faced the same problem. I had bought a Nitro license from Nitro website in August. All was fine till last week the nitro software on my computer showed that I was running an unlicensed trial version. I then followed installed Nitro clean-up tool and re-installed the latest Nitro 13 version, enter the license keys and it started running fine. However today against the same issue has come up.

This is hampering my work. Please advise. I have already sent you a screenshot via private message too.
