Kevin_ 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2020 Hi, I am just wondering if there is a limit to the number of times you can deactivate/reactivate a license? I purchased a new laptop and thought it was good but then had issues and had to return it for something else. I did purchase Nitro but then deauthorized it and move it to the new one. Is there a limit to how many times I can do this? I am afraid if I have to get another new laptop I will reach my limit and then loose my paid Nitro version. There is no limit on the number of times you deactivate/reactivate a license. As long as the deactivation process is successful, it will release the used license which will allow you to apply to another machine. In any case you missed the deactivation process before reformatting or the machine unexpectedly crashes, you can use our license portal to deactivate a license.
