I've already gone to the activation portal and it says the serial number I am entering is correct. Still when I paste it into Nitro Pro to activate it gives the error message in the title above. Our records show that you have a version 13 serial number. Please ensure that the version installed on your computer is Nitro Pro 13. You can find this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different version, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
