Kate Douglass 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2020 Hi. I just paid for Nitro pro. I've already gone to the activation portal and it says the serial number I am entering is correct. Still when I paste it into Nitro Pro to activate it gives the error message in the title above. The last digits in the serial are 88778. Can you please help? Thank you. Please ensure that the version installed on your computer is Nitro Pro 13. You can find this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different version, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
