NS S Posted October 8, 2020 Report Posted October 8, 2020 Hello, One of my colleague facing a strange issue, he recently moved to a new laptop and re-installed nitro pro, but when activation the wizard says, maximum number of activation exceeded, however checking online portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) number of activation shows "0". Strangely I installed the app in my computer with the same serial, it immediately activates. Could you please help me?

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
