Richard Dunn 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2020 Good Morning, I did some updates on my pc and somehow my activation code clicked off for Nitro. I have two computers at my office and I use it for both. I used the deactivate and it has 0 assigned. When I am trying to activate it keeps telling me license number already used. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
