Activation Key Not Working :( Please Help!

Hello, I purchased Nitro Pro 12 back in 2018 and have since purchased a new computer. I have tried putting my Nitro Pro on my new computer, as well as re-installing on my old computer after formatting it. Each time I try to re-install Nitro I receive an error message saying I've reached the maximum number of installations. Now I have gone to licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and deactivated my licenses. I have also completely uninstalled Nitro Pro and installed it again. I have also checked to make sure I am installing Nitro Pro 12 specifically, which I am. I cannot seem to fix this issue and haven't been able to use my software in over a year. I reached out via chat and they told me my best bet was to come here for help.

Someone please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
