Activation failed

Hello

I purchased Nitro Pro 12 and activated it.  Something happened and I kept getting errors and the message said to reinstall, but my serial number does not work.  Downloaded 12 again and still does not work, now I downloaded a trial version of 13 and my serial number still does not work.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please be aware that a version 12 serial number will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
Kindly uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12. The Nitro Pro 12 installer can be found here:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the ' Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Note: If you are using Google Chrome browser, please right-click the link then select 'Open link in new tab'. This should allow you to download the Nitro Pro 13 installer. You may also use other web browsers like Edge or Internet Explorer.

You can also right-click the link then select 'copy link address'. When done, open a new tab then right-click the address bar then click Paste. As soon as you click Enter, it should start downloading the installer. 

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, try to activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click on Activate.

If you are still getting an activation issue, please take a screenshot of the error message then send it to me so I could take a look.
