Pages blacked out when I erase or redact

A recent Nitro 12 bug... when I redact or erase any portion of a page, the entire page becomes black but I can see a white box surrounding the area of the desired redacted/erased area... the whole page is black with any erasure or redaction, though.

Thoughts?

I have checked your account records and I can see you upgraded your Nitro Pro 12 to version 13.

Have you tried upgrading to the latest version and try again our Redact feature?
