James Lowes Posted October 13, 2020 Report Share Posted October 13, 2020 When I came to use Nitro one day, it had decided to log out my username. When I go to use it now, my activation code doesn't work and instead I get error code 22 and a message to say I now have the wrong version of Nitro for that code. How can I go about finding out which is the right version and downloading it? I've been lead to a portal which allows me to "deactivate" the license, but can't do anything else from that point. The error 22 message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 11. Please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464 After installation, activate with your serial number. I hope that helps!
