Activation Error 22

When I came to use Nitro one day, it had decided to log out my username. When I go to use it now, my activation code doesn't work and instead I get error code 22 and a message to say I now have the wrong version of Nitro for that code. How can I go about finding out which is the right version and downloading it? I've been lead to a portal which allows me to "deactivate" the license, but can't do anything else from that point. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error 22 message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 11. Please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464

After installation, activate with your serial number.
