Gary Fohl 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2020 We are unable to see portions of created PDFs. Sometimes the areas completely disappear as if masked, other times they appear as grey or RBG fuzz depending on your zoom percentage. In the original documents (DWGs) these areas are inserted spreadsheets. They view correctly with other viewers (PDF Architect, Adobe, Chrome, etc.). Does anyone have any ideas? You can send me a private message and share the information that will help describe the issue. Please send as well the following: 1. The serial number you use to activate Nitro Pro. 2. A copy of the PDF file for testing. 3. The version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. You can locate this under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
