Transfer Nitro Pro V13 license to new pc

I've purchased a new laptop to replace my existing on.

I want to transfer the nitro pro v13 license from the old laptop to the new laptop.

I searched the knowledge base and community and didn't see any articles related to this.

What are the steps to perform the license transfer?
