My nitro pro 12 has reverted to trial version after Windows 10 update

My Nitro Pro 12 reverted to Trial Mode after an update of Windows 10.  Attempts to activate result in message that my Serial number is not valid. Software purchased from Indigo Software August 2019.  Serial number begins with 16422...........

A Nitro Pro serial number starts at 234*************** and 504***************. You can check the validity of the serial number using our license portal - https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
