Install Nitro Pro 10

Dear Sirs,

I will install Nitro Pro 10 in my new computer but I can not do that.

The error said Please check your internet connection but my internet working well.

How can I fix it.

The Nitro Pro 10 installer can be found from the link below:

It is a msi installer and it does not require an internet connection during the installation process. 
Could you please take a screenshot of the error message? Is this happening during the installation or activation process?

Please provide as well your Nitro Pro 1 serial number.
