The Nitro Pro 10 installer can be found from the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 It is a msi installer and it does not require an internet connection during the installation process. Could you please take a screenshot of the error message? Is this happening during the installation or activation process? Please provide as well your Nitro Pro 1 serial number.
